Taylor is a financial advisor with ASC Financial Group, where he combines financial expertise with a rich background in public service. He is dedicated to understanding his clients’ needs and crafting strategies that ensure a secure and prosperous retirement.

Before joining the financial services industry, Taylor spent over a decade in the public sector. His diverse roles included serving as Government Affairs Director for a non-profit trade association; as Chief of Staff for a former State Senator, where he distinguished himself as the youngest Chief of Staff in Pennsylvania at the time; and as Pocono Township Manager for a community of 11,000 residents.

As Township Manager, Taylor oversaw the daily operations of a staff of over 45 employees, including the Police Department, Public Works, Parks & Recreation, and Human Resources. He managed an annual budget exceeding $9 million and takes great pride in having overseen the transformation of the community’s local parks and enhancing services for residents and businesses alike.

Taylor brings this same dedication to leadership and client service to ASC Financial, where he listens intently to client concerns and prioritizes their retirement goals. Each role Taylor has held has required him to see the big picture, identify strategies to address those needs, and execute those strategies for the benefit of the client.

He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Messiah College (now Messiah University), where he was also a collegiate athlete in cross country and track & field.

Beyond his professional life, Taylor is committed to his family and community. He has served on the Board of the Monroe County Housing Authority for over a decade and is a former board member of the American Red Cross of the Pocono Mountains. Taylor is also the former Director of the Pocono Prayer Breakfast and continues to serve on its advisory committee.

Taylor and his wife, Devin, are proud parents of two boys, Landon and Lane. They also have two pups and eight chickens. In his free time, Taylor enjoys working out in his garage gym, growing alongside his church family, and actively participating in the Dad Edge Alliance, an organization dedicated to empowering fathers to be intentional in their marriages and the lives of their children.
