Heather Otto brings over a decade of experience in financial services—beginning in 2011—to her role as Licensed Client Service Advisor at ASC Financial Group, where she has been a dedicated team member for over seven years. Known for her energy and enthusiasm, Heather began her career with ASC as a New Business Processor, working closely with Ralph Grauso and Josiah Grauso as their paraplanner. In this role, she provided the research, analysis, and documentation that formed the foundation of client financial plans, and she implemented the strategic plans Ralph and Josiah developed in client meetings.

Through this experience, it became clear that Heather was ready to take the next step—meeting directly with clients to provide strategic guidance. She pursued additional coursework, obtained her insurance license, and earned her Series 65 Investment Advisor Representative license. 

Today, Heather meets with clients for strategic planning sessions, offering insights on portfolio allocation and performance to help them stay aligned with their financial goals. She also assists with plan updates after major life events or market changes, and provides guidance on Medicare questions. Heather continues to collaborate closely with Ralph and Josiah to ensure that every client’s strategic plan remains on track to meet their long-term goals.

Outside of work, Heather brings the same energy and exuberance for life that she shares with clients. She and her husband, Steve, have two children away at college. They are far from empty-nesters, though, sharing their home with their two dogs, a sassy chicken, and their highly domesticated pig. Heather is actively involved in her community and channels her enthusiasm into participating in Mud Runs and charitable 5Ks, reflecting her vibrant and adventurous spirit.
