With 17 years of experience in the financial services industry, Kimberlee Turner is passionate about providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships that support clients’ financial goals. Her background includes roles as an office manager and a customer service/underwriting assistant, which have strengthened her attention to detail and dedication to client care.

In her current role as Client Service Specialist, she assists clients with a variety of service needs—from processing address changes and distributions to updating beneficiaries and maintaining accurate records. She also helps to schedule strategy sessions between clients and financial advisors to ensure proactive, personalized planning.

Outside of the office, Kimberlee enjoys hiking in nature and challenging herself with word games. She cherishes spending time with her two granddaughters and is a passionate animal lover—especially when it comes to dogs. When time allows, she volunteers at local animal shelters, combining her love for animals with her desire to give back to the community.
