As Director of Marketing Operations, Joy comes to ASC Financial Group with over 8 years of customer service management experience, including five years of district management and project coordinator experience. Some of the responsibilities that Joy has as Director of Marketing are setting up our Seminars, Workshops, and Client Appreciation Events for our clients and prospective clients. She is usually the first voice and face that is heard and seen when a person contacts ASC. Joy receives statements for the preparation of the Retirement Income Analysis and guides new clients through the onboarding process by scheduling meetings with their advisor. She is also involved in the programming of ASC’s Television Show, “Wealth After Work,” as well as helping with the firm’s Social Media Platform and maintaining the company website.

  

Joy resides in the beautiful Pocono Mountains with her family. Outside of work, Joy enjoys keeping bees, taking her children on hikes in the mountains, raising chickens, fostering wild animals, and visiting her hometown beach.
